From Nothing To Something

For one quiet second on stage, time slowed down and the DJ felt everything he’d worked for come together before the beat dropped.

The story behind this video is simple. After a long day of shooting for our YouTube channel, we didn’t plan on doing anything complicated that evening. But the idea and the desire to create something quick pushed us to come up with a character, a story and shoot everything in about 15 minutes. Later, we spent around 8 hours crafting the edit to make it feel more engaging

BEYOND THE DESKS — a cinematic and deeply emotional interview filmed at the New York Institute of English and Business (NYIEB), featuring honest stories from admissions, teachers and students. This project shines a light on their journeys, dreams and silent struggles, a reminder that behind every desk is a human story worth hearing.

Shot in Brooklyn, New York, across 7 different locations. The entire production was handled by Mike Cerber and his team, including directing, camera operating, editing, script breakdown, color grading, lighting, equipment, and more.

In this video, we talk to young dancers from Georgia and around the world all united by one thing: Georgian dance. 🇬🇪 From locals to foreigners, they share how this powerful tradition makes them feel, why they love it, and what it means to express themselves through ancient Georgian movement in today’s world.
